Terms of Service
Last revised: May 30, 2026
Welcome, and thanks for stopping by! By visiting cobaltairductcleaning.com or reaching out to Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning to request any service, you’re agreeing to the terms laid out on this page. That agreement kicks in whether you fill out a form, make a phone call, or simply browse the site – so please take a few minutes to read through everything. If something here doesn’t work for you, the right move is to hold off on using the site or requesting service until any questions are sorted out.
Estimates and pricing
Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning provides estimates based on the information available at the time – things like the description of the job, photos, or a preliminary look at the work site. Those estimates are given honestly and in good faith, but they aren’t a guaranteed final price.
Real-world conditions sometimes look different once the work gets started. If the scope changes – say, there’s hidden damage, materials that weren’t expected, or access issues that weren’t visible upfront – the final cost may be different from the original figure. When that happens, Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning will let the customer know before moving forward with any work that falls outside the original estimate. No surprises – just a straightforward conversation first.
Limitation of liability
Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to services provided is limited to the total amount the customer paid for those specific services. That’s the ceiling.
Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages – this includes things like lost use of a property, lost income, or secondary costs that result from a service issue. This limitation applies to the fullest extent allowed under applicable law, regardless of how a claim is brought.
Site content and branding
Everything on cobaltairductcleaning.com – the text, images, logos, graphics, and the Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning name itself – belongs to Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning. Visitors are welcome to browse, but none of the site’s content or branding may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for any outside purpose without written permission from Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning first. Unauthorized use of the company’s intellectual property isn’t something Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning takes lightly.
Workmanship and parts warranties
Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning stands behind its work. The specific terms of any workmanship warranty – including its duration and what it covers – will be communicated to the customer at the time service is provided. If you have questions about what’s covered on a particular job, just ask before work begins.
Any parts, equipment, or materials installed during a job may carry their own manufacturer warranties. Those warranties are governed entirely by the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, which are separate from anything Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning offers on its own labor and workmanship.
Services and service area
Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning offers professional home services in La Habra, CA and the surrounding communities. All services are subject to availability, and the right approach for any given job is determined by a professional assessment of the actual conditions on site.
It’s worth knowing that some jobs booked through cobaltairductcleaning.com may be carried out by independent service professionals or licensed partner contractors who work in coordination with Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning. Either way, the goal is the same: quality work handled by qualified people.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that arises between a customer and Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning and can’t be resolved informally will be handled in the appropriate courts located in CA. By using this site or requesting service, customers agree to that jurisdiction.
Questions about these terms
If anything here raises a question or you’d just like to talk something through before getting started, Cobalt Air Duct Cleaning is happy to help. Reach out through the contact page and someone will get back to you promptly.
